一、My family
I have a big family. There are four people in my family: my father, my mother, my brother and I.
My father is a middle-aged man. He is tall and wears a pair of thick glasses on his nose. There is always a smile on his face. My father is a worker. He works in a big factory far away from my home. It takes him an hour to get to the factory by bus.
My mother is a middle-aged woman. She is a housewife（家庭主妇）. Every day she is busy with the housework: cooking dinner, washing clothes, cleaning the room and more.
My brother is a senior high school student. He is 17 years old. He is very tall. He is good at math. After school, he enjoys playing basketball and listening to music on his walkman（随身听）.
I am a middle school student. I am twelve years old. I have a round face, a small nose and big eyes. I like to play with my friends after school. I study hard and I am very good at math and English.
I love my family very much.
三、Spring Festival
Spring Festival is a popular holiday in China.
At Spring Festival , people usually visit their relatives and friends and eat a lot of delicious food. On the last night of a lunar(农历) year,most of the people don’t sleep, they watch the Party of Spring Festival(春节晚会). Every family set off(燃放) the fireworks(烟花)，so the sky is very beautiful. At Spring Festival, you can also see a lot of different couplets(对联) beside some of the doors.
This Spring Festival comes late. It’s on the 18the of February. This year is a pig year. I was born in a pig year, so I am very happy this year. My grandparents gave me a red bag They hope me study better.
